SANS Foundations is a stand alone web application that provides students access to a foundational cyber security course. My responsibility for this project was to hold frequent user research sessions with students to uncover improvements we could make to the experience. Some of the things I researched, designed and tested were an enchanced interactive lab, bookmarking feature and an audio content player.
