⏱️ Duration: 45mins

Each team member puts together a sketch of the solution they think should be taken forward into prototyping to be tested with real users.

How does it work?

  1. Notes

    1. Each team member starts by writing down the long term goal and the sprint questions
    2. Take a look at all the content that has been created in the previous steps such as the HMWs, journey maps and lightning demos and note down anything that stands out
  2. Ideas

Using the notes you’ve taken in the previous step start sketching out ideas. It doesn’t have to be pretty!

  3. Crazy 8’s

Using the sketches you created in the previous step, try to take those ideas and create 8 different versions of how the solution might look

  4. Solution sketch

Each team member sketches and annotates their idea of the solution that they think is best in 3 steps to illustrate how it works. This could be their own idea, a mixture of others or someone else’s idea. It’s important that each solution sketch is self-explanatory as you won’t have an opportunity to explain your proposed solution in the next steps - keep it simple!

Output

A proposed solution from each team member which can be presented to the rest of the team without the need for explanation
