The current solution for Households was bloated. Users told us that there was a large amount of information that simply wasn’t relevant in this area and the vast majority of it was put into a client dashboard that enabled users to manage individual clients within the system. For Households users wanted to quickly see which individuals formed the Household and to have the ability to easily manage it by adding, removing and adjusting the primary contact.
