As part of our efforts to engage with QL users for user research purposes, we are looking to speak with users that have experience of sub-accounts and managing arrears.
We plan to hold one-to-one sessions to obtain feedback from users on our vision for these features within QL Yuneo.
Each session will last up to 1 hour and be carried out online via Microsoft Teams. All sessions will be recorded and participants will be required to use their microphone and webcam.
