I’m getting in touch as you’ve previously said you’d like to be / or have already been involved in user research sessions and have specified rents and arrears as an area you’re familiar with.
We are currently looking to speak with users that have experience of sub-accounts including arrears and it would be great to have your input.
The session will last up to 1 hour and be carried out online via Microsoft Teams. All sessions will be recorded and participants will be required to use their microphone and webcam.
