Introduction

In today’s session I’m going to give you a few tasks to complete while viewing a clickable design of Yuneo and ask for your feedback. It should take around an hour to complete in total.

• Introduce observers
• I will ask you to share your screen, so make sure anything personal or sensitive is closed
• This session will be recorded
• I will be giving you tasks to do one at a time.
• Some tasks will be short and others will be longer.
• You should do whatever they would do normally.
• I will not be saying much and will be mostly taking notes.
• I may not be able to help right away if you have questions.
• I’d like you to think out loud while you work through the tasks
• I’m not testing you, I’m testing our design
• The prototype I’m going to share with you will be limited and not everything will be clickable
