On a whiteboard map out each user types journey from discovery right through to the end goal.

How does it work?

1. On a whiteboard write along the top Discover, Learn, Use & Goal
2. Down the side write your user types
3. Sketch out each users journey from discovering the product to reaching the end goal
4. Take your HMWs from the previous session and stick them on the mapped out journey where they are most likely to be satisfied. This enables the team to see which area of the users journey is most important to focus on

Output
