⏱️ Duration: 20mins

Each team member comes up with 2-3 examples of products that they love to help inspire the team.

How does it work?

1. Each team member goes away and comes up with 2-3 examples of products/services that inspire them. It could be something they use on a daily basis, something related to the product we’ll be working on or it could just be something entirely new that they’ve found
2. Each team member then presents the products/services they’ve found to the rest of the team and explains why they chose them. While this is happening one member of the team writes down on a post-it what the ‘big idea’ is from each team members inspiration

Example

A team member says:

I really love how Spotify give you daily mix playlists so you can listen to a mix of the music you love, fast!

The big idea is:

Spotify is great at providing the user with customised content that is quickly accessible

Output

A selection of inspiring ideas to help the team to come up with concepts.
